How Astrology Works
Astrology is made up of 12 archetype energies. The 12 star signs, which are sub-categorised in a variety of ways. These combine further with 17 major planets and placements. More complexity and depth is layered on top with how close or far, and at what angle and degree, they all are. All placed on a spectrum of a 360 degree circle, this comes perfectly together to form unique imprints within each of us. This forms the basis of the relationship between the different energies and understanding these relationships is how your birth chart is read.
It’s like we all have access the same ingredients but by adding a little more of one thing and a little less of another, or omitting an ingredient completely, results in entirely different dishes. This is why we can often relate to one-another so deeply, or not understand or relate another as well (I call this the pushed-pulled feeling), while simultaneously have our own life experiences – no 2 experiences are ever the same.
In astrology no two people can ever be the same, because we are all born at different times, in different locations, with different cosmos maps. This goes for multi-births too; there’s always a slight variance and complexity that shifts the energies – sometimes that variance is small and sometimes it’s notably quite big.
If you are only familiar with your daily horoscopes, there is so much more to discover! Astrology can be a source of clarity, comfort and awareness of ourselves, as well as a deeper level of discovery and understanding with others.

Progression Astrology
Also called Secondary Progressions, a progression reading looks at your natal chart reading over a period of time to track key transits and planet returns – if you’ve ever heard of your Saturn return around your 30 year mark, this is a part of it! This reading does not predict your future, it gives you an insight into the energies that will be influencing you and in which areas of your life so you can move forward prepared, open and aware.
Synastry Astrology (Relationships)
Synastry is relationship astrology, where 2 people’s birth charts are overlayed and read together in conjunction with one another is a synastry reading. This relationship could relate to romantic connections, business partnerships, friendships or family. This reading unlocks how and why certain things flow or meet resistance, and importantly gives you the understanding needed to move through them with compassion, understanding your self and your other on a deeper level. This also looks at the whole chart, not just the horoscopes (sun signs) and gives a more comrihensive understanding of these complex relationships.

Especially designed for business owners and career driven individuals, this reading takes a look into the astrological placements influencing your primary areas of career, partnerships & self growth to provide the tools you need to best navigate these areas of your life and to define your sense of purpose, contribution and strengthen your abilities.

What to Expect
1. Booking your reading
When you book your reading (this can be done online or via email), you’ll be asked to provide your date, place and time of birth, along with your contact details. If you don’t have your time of birth but would still like to explore your chart with a reading, please get in touch to find out how these readings work.
When booking, you’ll also have the opportunity to select to either focus on a specific area of your life (i.e. career, self development/healing, love & relationships, etc) or a reading with the whole chart included equally.
Once you’ve selected your reading type and you’re all booked in, you’ll be added straight to the waiting list. This can vary between 2-6 months, depending on the time of year.
The reason there is a wait between booking and receiving your reading is because all of the charts are calculated and read ‘by hand’. As good as some natal and birth chart software is and online tools are, and this technology is used in part, the depth and complexity of the whole chart together is much more accurate when it’s read and analysed ‘by hand’. (If you’ve ever read your horoscope and thought it doesn’t really sound like you, or it’s only a small part of you, this is why!)
As every chart is read with this level of depth and includes the chart complexities and intricacies, it takes up to a day to complete this fully.
2. Receiving your reading
When your chart reading is complete, you’ll receive an email with an audio recording of the reading (usually around 90 minutes).
An astrology reading is a once-in-a-lifetime reading and only ever needs to be done once!
3. Other Readings
There are other readings that you can explore that look at the planets in motion, energies that may be impacting you now and in the future (progression/transit readings) and also a pairing (synastry) reading to look at how your energy is working with another person, whether this is in business, family, friends or romantic partnerships.

All astrology chart readings are with a qualified Astrologist. They are completed mostly by hand, which takes several hours prior to session delivery. There is approximately a 2 month waiting list for all readings.
